Accountability Group

An Accountability Group is a structured check-in with other participants who support each other in meeting their short and mid range goals. This is done by making your current goal known to the group and creating achievable expectations for completion. After everyone has had the chance to share, that is when the Accountability factor kicks in. At a specified time later or at the next meeting of the group, each person then has to let the group know how successful they have been in attaining their goal.
Call the feeling that this activity causes whatever you wish; people simply do better when they have a support group to cheer them on or call them out as needed. A 2024 PEW Research Center survey found that 13% of people who set New Year’s resolutions give up by late January. And other studies show that people who have peer support succeed significantly more than those who go it alone.
Mastermind Group

Business leaders meet regularly and at each session one person is “In the spotlight” to highlight their most pressing issue. The rest of the group (business peers) will have the opportunity to ask pertinent questions and offer in a considerate and helping manner suggestions or examples from their experience.

DISC Assessments

Often mistaken for a personality test, DISC is actually about Behavioral styles. Some people are more direct and faster-paced while others have the approach of being indirect and slower-paced. Some mold their communication style to be “People-people” and others are more “Task oriented”
Understanding these and other subtle behavioral traits can be an incredible advantage in business and personal relationships. Lynnette is certified in administering the DISC assessment and interpreting the results for individuals or groups. The result is a deep understanding of why people communicate they way they do and the skill to separate the words you hear from the emotions they may trigger.
Employee groups and individuals will learn to recognize the dominant and adaptive styles in people and appreciate the strengths of each style. This makes for a well-rounded and often more effective work environment and may help save a personal relationship that is suffering.
